The Old Dunstonians Rugby Football Club asked us to re-design their website late in 2006.
It was the first website designed by Xavier Wing Hing, before he went on to build White Heat Design. He is not shy of admitting that the entire site is made using tables, and adheres to just about no web standards!
Thrown together and held in place with bent screws and sticky tape- the site still manages to function (almost) flawlessly. The site currently contains approximately 2000 pages of archived reports, fixture lists and photos. Although he is not proud of its build, it will always hold a special place in his heart as his first website, but he will not be going back to table-based layouts having discovered the beauty of CSS. And one day he may even get round to re-designing it…
